HVAC Installer
About The Position
As our HVAC Installer, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25-$45 per hour, based on experience, along with valuable position-specific benefits including a company vehicle and gas card. This is a full-time position with availability required for rotating nights and weekends. In this role, you'll ensure comfort and reliability for customers by setting up and testing HVAC systems for optimal performance. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain installation standards, communicate professionally with customers, and collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable self-starter
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and enjoys working with a team
- Eager to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives
- Ability to work rotating nights and weekends
- Highly organized and motivated
- Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and work in attics when needed
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of prior field experience
- Experience in HVAC installation, service, and repair
