About The Position

Our install department is consistently booked, creating immediate earning opportunities for experienced installers. This role is designed for installers who want to produce high-quality installations, work efficiently, mentor apprentices, and earn based on performance. We install a large number of high-end communicating HVAC systems, so installers must be comfortable working with smart communicating equipment and advanced system controls. Experience with electrical work is also a major plus. Our structure rewards installers who perform clean, professional installs, complete jobs efficiently, and train apprentices effectively.

Requirements

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Comfortable working with communicating and smart HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of installation procedures and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physically capable of performing field work
• 3 years of HVAC experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electrical work

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems and equipment
• Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
• Work with high-end communicating HVAC systems
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and code requirements
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Train and mentor apprentice installers
• Communicate clearly with homeowners during installations
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
• Represent the company professionally on every job
