HVAC Installer

Air Tech of Katy is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated installation team. Installers are paid hourly or piece rate. We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability. Requirements
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- EPA Type II
- TDLR License
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
