About The Position
Deer Valley Plumbing is looking for dedicated, driven HVAC Installers who are ready to shape the future of HVAC services in Phoenix. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an award-winning team, with opportunities for growth and leadership as the company is experiencing rapid division expansion. The role involves performing installations of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients, working directly with management to develop best practices and set quality standards, and collaborating with other service departments to deliver exceptional customer service. The position also requires driving sales performance by offering clients tailored HVAC solutions and upgrades, achieving and exceeding set sales goals, making outgoing sales calls, and door-to-door sales. Providing outstanding customer service and acquiring new customers (commercial and residential) are key to driving growth in this new department.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to contribute to a developing team
- Willingness to adapt and help establish standards and procedures in a new division
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Drug Free
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation preferred
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients

- Acquire new customers (Commercial and Residential) to drive growth in this new department
