Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience installing HVAC equipment and complete systems
  • EPA 608 certification preferred or required depending on role
  • Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
  • Service Titan knowledge
  • Experience brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and charging systems
  • Basic electrical and low-voltage knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an install team
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers
  • Complete system change-outs, replacements, and new installations
  • Run line sets, condensate lines, venting, drains, and low-voltage wiring
  • Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system start-up
  • Install and modify ductwork as needed
  • Read installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
  • Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance
  • Communicate with homeowners and keep the work area clean and professional
  • Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle
  • Follow all safety procedures, codes, and manufacturer requirements
