Requirements
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- OSHA-10 certification.
- EPA Level 2 certification.
- Clean driving record for the last two years and a valid license.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
- Reliability, including punctuality and commitment to finishing jobs correctly.
Responsibilities
- Install complete residential HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and electrical components.
- Remove old equipment and ensure the job site is left clean and professional.
- Adhere to Goettl's picture-perfect install standard on every job.
- Educate homeowners on their new system's operation before leaving the job site.
- Maintain truck stock, tool sharpness, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
