About The Position
T-Mark is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installer in Buffalo, NY. This is an opportunity to start a career in the HVAC industry with paid, hands-on training provided. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn. No prior HVAC experience is necessary, as the company is looking for individuals with the right attitude.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Nice To Haves
- HVAC installation experience or trade school is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems
- Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
- Work alongside experienced installers and receive hands-on training
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Deliver outstanding customer service
