About The Position

We are hiring individuals with drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic to join our team. Those individuals will begin their careers using our exclusive Path to Success program. As a United Air Temp HVAC Install Apprentice, you will receive paid training and required certifications/licenses at each level, daily skills and leadership training, and mentorship and guidance from leaders who started with no experience. The company's leaders, including the CEO, all began as trainees.

Requirements

• No experience necessary
• Natural ability to work with your hands
• Comfortable talking with customers
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service
• A do-what-it-takes attitude
• At least 18 years of age
• At least three years of safe driving experience
• Clean motor vehicle report and background check
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Work with customers and provide excellent customer service.
