Requirements

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products
Perform system replacements and retrofit installations
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately
Work closely with field supervisors and support staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience
