This is a hands-on role where you'll install and fine-tune residential heating and cooling systems to keep our customers safe, comfortable, and happy year-round. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and modern installation practices
Confidence reading wiring schematics, blueprints, and job scopes
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proud of your work

Nice To Haves

EPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

Installing and replacing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and heat pumps
Laying out and completing system hook-ups for refrigerant, electrical, and ventilation
Performing load calculations to determine correct equipment sizing
Troubleshooting installation issues and fine-tuning performance for optimal results
Completing installations safely and in line with all codes, regulations, and company standards
Documenting work performed and materials used accurately
Delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, professional job site
Collaborating with your crew to complete projects on time and on budget
