About The Position
T-Mark is hiring an HVAC Installer to start a career in the HVAC industry. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn, as the company will provide the necessary training. No prior HVAC experience is required, as the focus is on finding individuals with the right attitude.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Nice To Haves
- HVAC installation experience
- Trade school
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems
- Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
- Work alongside experienced installers and receive hands-on training
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Deliver outstanding customer service
