About The Position

Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. The Masters Heating & Cooling team has proudly served the Northern Indiana area for over 40 years. This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The candidate will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team. Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!

Requirements

2+ years experience in HVAC (for Apprentices)
5+ years of HVAC installation experience (for Leads)
Ability to guide, motivate, and develop others
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Sound judgment and ability to think on your feet
Committed to achieving shared success
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus, Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one)
HVAC Certification
ServiceTitan (or similar) experience
Service and repair experience

Responsibilities

Perform installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
Lead a high performing installation team.
Maintain and/or repair HVAC Systems.
Showcase quality trade skills and team-oriented attitude.
Mentor and train the next generation of HVAC pros.
