Requirements
- 1+ year HVAC installation experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Experience with ductwork and sheet metal
- Ability to read installation plans
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
Responsibilities
- Install split systems, package units, mini-splits, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal
- Read installation plans and layout equipment properly
- Perform light construction work when needed to complete installations
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems when necessary
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver excellent customer service in customers’ homes
