About The Position
Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you're the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk with you. This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure, giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Proven ability to lead an installation crew.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Someone who takes ownership, continues learning, and believes great teams accomplish more together.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Represent Parham with professionalism and integrity on every job.
