About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join their team in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for installation contractors looking for supplementary work, as Stellar provides a consistent flow of jobs through their network of single-family rental homes and property managers. No sales are required, and installers can expect to earn an average of $900 - $1,200 per installation. This is a 1099 contractor position utilizing a company app for work order assignment and completion.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and own tools
- Trailers as needed
- Must provide own helpers for installation work
- EPA Certification
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following manufacturer’s specifications
- Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
- Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
- Ensure the work order details needed for each job is accurately filled out in the app
