About The Position
Workforce Solutions is partnering with a heating and air conditioning company in Baraboo, WI to add an experienced, reliable HVAC Installer to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred, but not required
- Technical or trade school training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to local codes
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
