About The Position

JRT Mechanical is a rapidly growing, family-oriented company in the Tri-Cities seeking a quality HVAC Installer/Technician. This position is part of our Service Division and will also involve new HVAC installations and additions to current facilities, primarily focusing on small commercial and industrial projects. The role requires operating a company vehicle and working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include performing repairs for commercial and industrial customers, as well as HVAC installation on various projects for clients such as school districts, hotels, apartments, food processing plants, warehouses, factories, assisted livings, logistics facilities, grocery stores, high-tech companies, and restaurants. Work is located within the Tri-Cities area.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 or 06A certifications will receive higher wage consideration

Responsibilities

• Installation of Air Handlers
• Installation of Roof Top Units
• Installation of Exhaust Fans
• Installation of Make Up Air Units
• Installation of Heat Pumps
• Installation of Mini-Splits
• Installation of PTAC Units
• Installation of ancillary duct associated with HVAC equipment
• Equipment Start-Up
• Troubleshoot HVAC Systems
• Performing repairs to Commercial and Industrial Customers
• HVAC installation on projects
