About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round position with the potential to earn over $120,000 annually based on performance. As the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, ARS offers stability, growth, and industry-leading support for HVAC professionals. The role involves leading HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards, and providing a professional experience for homeowners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
