Requirements
- HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift equipment and work in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Positive attitude and team mentality
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Help install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and system components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Load/unload equipment and materials
- Support installation quality and efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
