HVAC Installer Apprentice – Columbus, OH 43228 Entry-Level Opportunity | Paid Training | Career Growth Want to start a career in the skilled trades without needing years of experience? Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Columbus team. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learn a skilled trade, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to a long-term career in HVAC. No HVAC experience required. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn. Requirements

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Mechanically inclined or interested in how things work
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to work in physically demanding environments and varying temperatures
  • Safety-minded and team-oriented
  • Professional and respectful in customers' homes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations and replacements
  • Learn HVAC equipment, tools, installation techniques, and safety practices
  • Load, stage, and organize materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe jobsites
  • Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Take on more responsibility as your skills grow
