About The Position

Fusion Home Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated HVAC Installation Helper to join its team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The locally owned company serves the Hampton Roads area and provides heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and insulation services. The role is for someone with HVAC installation experience who wants to keep learning, work effectively with a team, and grow a career in the HVAC industry. Compensation is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, based on experience. The company offers full-time employment, benefits, training and advancement opportunities, and a team-oriented work environment. The position may provide an opportunity to grow into an HVAC Lead Installer role.

Requirements

2–4 years of HVAC installation experience is preferred.
Experience installing residential heating and cooling systems.
Basic knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation procedures.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.

Nice To Haves

2–4 years of HVAC installation experience.
Experience installing residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with installing heating and air conditioning systems.
Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-split systems, and ductwork.
Assist with removing and replacing existing HVAC equipment.
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
Help prepare and clean up job sites before and after installations.
Follow company safety procedures and installation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
Work closely with the installation team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
