Requirements

Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong installation and troubleshooting skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, equipment, and accessories
Ensure installations meet all safety, quality, and code requirements
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Provide customers with system operation and maintenance information
Complete installation documentation accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
