About The Position
Diamond is seeking a motivated HVAC Install technician to help complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations. The position mission is to support high-quality residential HVAC installations and ensuring each project is completed safely and effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years exp in the trade
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Assist in installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
- Load/unload materials and prepare job sites.
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines on each project.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and installation codes.
- Support senior technicians with tools, measurements, and equipment setup.
