Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes
• Complete installation closeout forms to ensure job completion
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and company standards
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless installation process
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies
