R3 Heating & Air, the HVAC division of R3 Roofing & Exteriors, is seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to manage residential and light commercial installations. This role is for an experienced technician focused on quality craftsmanship, ensuring installations meet code, are completed on time, and adhere to the highest standards. Requirements

3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred
Valid EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents
Strong communication, and customer service skills
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or in tight spaces

Responsibilities

Perform the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute installs.
Coordinate closely with dispatch, project managers, and clients to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve on-site challenges with professionalism and accuracy.
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized throughout each project.
Maintain accurate installation records and report project status.
Inventory and maintain tools, equipment, and company-provided materials.
