About The Position

SNYDER AIR CONDITIONING, PLUMBING & ELECTRIC is hiring talented professionals for HVAC Installers and Helpers in residential markets. We are looking for a motivated HVAC Install Technician Helper to join our growing team and provide high-quality service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC install experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools
• Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential HVAC installations with HVAC lead
• Maintain professional communication and customer service
• Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites organized
• Document work accurately
• Collaborate with team members and support apprentices
• Follow HVAC codes, standards, and company procedures
