HVAC Install Manager
About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential HVAC installation operations, manage HVAC installation teams, and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations across multiple job sites. Requirements
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including airflow, gas piping, electrical components, and system installation
- Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews
Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team
- Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites
- Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards
- Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers
- Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards
- Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations
- Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting for the HVAC installation department
- Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance
- Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance
- Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination
- This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and growth of the residential HVAC installation department.
