About The Position

Hiller is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead Technician to join their team. This role involves performing all HVAC replacements to code, soldering, electrical work, conducting thorough HVAC inspections, communicating findings to clients, and performing necessary calculations for HVAC work and invoicing. The technician will also mentor team members and apprentices on performance metrics and ensure adherence to all state HVAC codes.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 3-5 years of verifiable work experience in HVAC install preferred

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification preferred
• NATE Certification preferred
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicate findings to the client
• Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Know and adhere to all state HVAC code
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics
