HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
Tri County Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role offers hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, assisting experienced installers with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites. The position requires operating various hand and power tools, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and assisting in the installation of HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
Requirements

- Experience with HVAC

- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus

- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Wiggins, MS
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with installers
- Receive hands-on training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
