HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
As a HVAC Install Helper for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks. You will work one-on-one with residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit their needs, wants, and budget while showcasing your craftsmanship. Requirements
- Experience installing HVAC systems
- 1+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
- Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
- Positive attitude
- Hard working
- Must be reliable
- Must have a valid WA State driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must provide own tools
- Must be comfortable in small spaces (ex. crawl spaces and attics)
