About The Position

ServiceOne (a Holt company) is seeking a motivated, positive team player to install residential HVAC equipment, primarily in retrofit projects, along with some light commercial work and a few new-construction projects each year. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team while representing the company’s customer-care philosophy and leaving customers with a favorable impression.

The position involves physical work in a variety of settings, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor locations in varying weather conditions. Candidates must meet the stated experience and driver’s license requirements and successfully complete the company’s screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and the office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers, and customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work at heights, including on ladders and elevated platforms.
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor installations.
• Must successfully complete the screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

• Certification from a technical school.
