About The Position

ServiceOne (a Holt company) is hiring a motivated, positive team player to help install residential HVAC equipment, primarily in retrofit environments, along with some light commercial work and a few new-construction projects each year. The role calls for someone who can work independently and collaboratively while providing customer care that leaves a favorable impression. Requirements

• At least one year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and the office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers, and customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including attics, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work at heights, including on ladders and elevated platforms.
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor installations.
• Successful completion of the screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

• Certification from a technical school.
