About The Position

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing in partnership with American Residential Services is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. As an HVAC Install Helper, you will be an integral part of our installation team, assisting lead installers in providing top-notch service to our customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with HVAC installations.

Requirements

Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
EPA Certification (assistance may be provided).
Must report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load parts onto the truck.
Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations.
Report daily to the warehouse to meet with the Lead Installer and load parts onto the truck.
Work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
