HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
Natchez Heating & Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This is a full-time position where you will work side-by-side with experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation. You will assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating a variety of hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The role involves assisting to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. The company is family-owned and operated, offering a small business feel with large business growth and stability, prioritizing employees with ongoing training and rewards.
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC

- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician

Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
