About The Position
Southern Air of Monroe is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role offers hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, working alongside experienced installers. The position involves assisting with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to commute/relocate: Monroe, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
