Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong desire to grow
- Coachability and openness to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades
- People person with technical curiosity
- Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
- Willing to do physical, hands-on work every day
- Show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused
- Understand that safety isn’t optional—it’s part of the job
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
- Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently
- Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time
- Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority
- Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
- Assist with documentation like work orders and job details
