About The Position
Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing HVAC Service team. This role offers hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, working alongside experienced installers. The position involves assisting with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Requirements
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Hard-working and willing to learn.
- Experience with HVAC.
- Enjoy working with your hands.
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician.
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus.
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Houston, TX before starting work.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with HVAC installers.
- Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
