HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
Southern Air of Louisiana is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role involves working alongside experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation. The helper will assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and ensuring installations meet safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. The company is a family-owned and operated business with a focus on employee growth and rewards.
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to commute/relocate to Pineville, LA
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
