HVAC Install Foreman
About The Position
A well -established HVAC contractor is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to manage and perform high -quality system installations while leading field crews. This role involves overseeing residential and commercial installation projects, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers. Responsibilities include coordinating jobsite workflow, ensuring work meets codes and specifications, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety and professionalism. The position also includes training and mentoring junior team members and communicating with project managers, service teams, and customers. Candidates should have at least five years of installation experience and prior leadership experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal work, airflow principles, and the ability to read technical documents is important. A valid driver’s license is required, and EPA certification is preferred. This is a hands -on leadership role suited for an experienced installer seeking stability, responsibility, and long -term career growth.
