We're looking for a highly organized, energetic HVAC Install Field Supervisor to help our team get the job done. Requirements
- At least five (5) years of HVAC experience with installation, diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service including air conditioning & heating systems.
- At least three years (3) HVAC Service Technician & or HVAC Installation experience with an ability to train others.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
- Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week.
- Must pass a drug screen and background
Responsibilities
- Manage Mauzy's retail lead generation program across partner retail locations.
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach Retail Brand Ambassadors.
- Ensure retail locations are fully staffed during peak business hours.
- Conduct regular site visits to support team performance and maintain partner relationships.
- Monitor lead generation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate promotional events and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track program metrics and provide regular performance updates.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and retail displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail partner expectations.
