HVAC Install Coordinator
About The Position
ARS/Rescue Rooter is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. This role involves coordinating HVAC installations, ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly, ordering the right equipment, and communicating effectively with installers, sales teams, and suppliers to avoid delays and shortages. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- All candidates are required to pass a background check prior to hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, construction coordination, dispatch, or project support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
- An Associate’s degree in business administration or other administrative training is desired.
- Previous administrative assistant or administrative experience preferred.
- Previous permitting experience desired.
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
