About The Position

EANES, a Horizon Services company, is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator for its High Point, NC office. This role requires at least one year of administrative experience and involves assisting the HVAC Installation team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proficient with data entry in a customer database. Responsibilities include confirming appointments with customers, dispatching technicians, obtaining permits, and preparing job packets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential.

Requirements

  • Proficiently enter and access information in our customer database
  • Proficient at filing, faxing, making copies, preparing job packets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
