Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in HVAC systems and technical trades
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing
Driver's License
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean background Check
Be able to pass a drug test

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation instructions
Support the setup and testing of HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Participate in ongoing training and skill development activities
Help with inventory management and equipment preparation for installation projects
