About The Position

We specialize in plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services, and we’re growing fast! We are looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade, work hands-on with experienced installers, and build a long-term career in the home services industry.

Requirements

Interest in learning the HVAC trade
Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Basic communication skills
Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow safety procedures
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to follow directions and work well with others
Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC equipment installations
Support the install team with the tasks needed to properly and safely complete HVAC installations
Help load, unload, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment
Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential work areas
Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow company safety standards
Use ServiceTitan to assist with job documentation and daily workflow
Help maintain company vehicles to company standards
Communicate professionally with team members, homeowners, and office staff
Follow directions from Lead Installers and managers
Be available for weekend on-call rotation as needed
