Our HVAC Install Apprentices are hands-on learners who play an important role in supporting our installation team while developing the skills needed to grow into a Lead Installer. In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to high-quality installations, and helping us deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year of HVAC experience required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting 50+ pounds, working in confined spaces, and climbing into attics or crawl spaces
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments, both indoors and outdoors
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
  • Gathering, preparing, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
  • Supporting removal of old equipment and preparation of work areas for installation
  • Learning to install and connect components such as thermostats, condensers, coils, and related systems
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful job site while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Following all safety protocols and participating in ongoing training to develop technical skills
  • Other duties as assigned
