Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
No prior professional HVAC experience is required.
Motivated by our core values and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the HVAC field.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering quality results.
Enjoys hands-on work and can perform physical tasks associated with HVAC installation and maintenance.

Nice To Haves

Additional certification or training in HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engaging in comprehensive training programs to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Working closely with experienced technicians and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
Assisting in ensuring that all HVAC installations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Supporting efforts to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.
Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Learning to manage and maintain HVAC tools and equipment responsibly.
