About The Position

We are currently hiring an HVAC Inside Sales Support Representative to work at our Sturtevant, WI location. This Inside Sales Representative position provides a great opportunity to grow in an HVAC career, with a well-established company. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to manage a high volume of incoming customer phone calls and emails.
High level of face to face customer interactions.
Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working within HVAC industry or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives customer order correspondence and writes sales orders.
Researches inventory items for customer orders.
Assists customers in identifying what products they need.
Supports outside sales personnel as needed.
Attends sales meetings and training events as required.
Reviews sales programs and promotions going on with Inside Sales Manager.
Assists customers with back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, billing warranties, etc.
