About The Position

Precision Air is seeking an experienced HVAC General Manager to lead and grow our operations in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including operations, financial results, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a proven HVAC leader with strong management, operational, and people-development skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry
  • Strong understanding of HVAC service and installation operations
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and budgets
  • Experience leading teams through growth and change
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Manager preferred
  • Multi-department HVAC management (service, install, sales)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the HVAC business, including service, installation, sales, and administration
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers, technicians, and office staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and high service standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, P&L performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement and improve processes, systems, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent within the organization
  • Foster a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
