About The Position
We are a brand new HVAC service provider in West Austin backed by strong business expertise. We are building a fun, positive environment where our team can have a massive impact on the local community. We are seeking a General Manager to spearhead our operational launch. If you are currently stuck in a business with no room for advancement, this is your chance to build a team. You will start in the field and transition to full time management as we add vans to the fleet.
Requirements
- Must hold a Class A or Class B License.
- Must be highly comfortable using CRM software and modern technology.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
- Build and implement standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as the company grows.
