About The Position
We are a growing residential and commercial HVAC company looking for a Working Manager to help lead our Charleston startup. We need a humble, hard working professional who wants to build a positive culture from day one. In this role, you will be our primary technical expert in the field. For the first year, you will be turning wrenches, completing installs for local builders, and setting the standard for future hires. Once we hit our growth milestones, you will step back from daily field work to manage the team full time.
Requirements
- 8 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Section 608 certification
Nice To Haves
- Active SC mechanical license
Responsibilities
